Business Manager, running day-to-day operations for a multi-clinic outpatient network.
PureLife began as a pharmacy retail operation with our founder's vision to become a full-scale outpatient health organization — encompassing clinics, diagnostics, and ancillary services — but none of the required infrastructure existed. I was brought in to build that foundation from first principles, translating ambition into operational reality.
The early phase centered on fundamental questions of patient flow, staffing models, pricing architecture, and service-line economics. I worked across procurement, supply chain, and service design to construct the operating backbone from scratch, then expanded the model to include home care and concierge offerings while securing corporate wellness partnerships with multiple organizations. Today, I oversee the business operations of the clinic network, handling partnerships, compliance, and the commercial metrics behind a business serving 30+ patients daily.
The outcome is two functioning clinics that have served more than 2,700 patients across outpatient, diagnostics, home care, and corporate wellness channels, driving 3x revenue growth. What started as a pharmacy with ambitions has become a functioning multi-service health organization.
