Anadach Group

I came across Anadach Group, a healthcare consulting firm working across African health systems, when there was no open role listed. I had been following their work and saw real overlap with what I was building on my own, so I cold-mailed the founder, attached my portfolio, and made a straight case for why I should be involved anyway. It worked.

Over the engagement, I worked across three projects — technical research, market surveys, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. The specifics are under NDA, but the work was analytical and advisory in nature, spanning manufacturing, health system strengthening, and multi-hospital network design. Each project meant diving into messy data, talking to stakeholders across different markets, and distilling it all into something a leadership team could actually act on.
