Medical training in Nigeria rarely shows students that a medical degree can lead anywhere other than the ward. I'd lived that other path myself and wanted to make it visible to people two or three years behind me.
Built the whole pipeline: a Notion landing page, a Google Form intake, and cohort groupings to actually run mentorship at scale. Then went further and built a Claude API–powered CV formatting tool, deployed on Netlify with a serverless proxy architecture, so mentees leave with something concrete, not just advice.
73+ respondents brought into cohorts — proof that the demand for this kind of guidance was real, not assumed.
